Balushahi is a traditional dessert in Indian. It is similar to a glazed doughnut in terms of ingredients, but differs in texture and taste.
Balushahis are made of maida flour, and are deep-fried in clarified butter and then dipped in sugar syrup.
Balushahi as the name suggests it is a shahi( rich) sweet. It is often considered as one of the tastiest sweet .
This sweet is crunchy from outside and moist and soft from inside and the best part is it can be stored for several days.
